This project involved significant coordination and cooperation with both the master developer and the office developer of Highwoods Preserve. The Company sold the project in 2000 after all permitting and approvals and major tenants were in place, but prior to construction of the Circuit City/Linens/Michael's portion of the center.

50,000 square foot retail development built-to-suit for Circuit City and Kinko's. Construction was started in May 1995 and was completed in February 1996. The site was a redevelopment of an operating 66 unit mobile home park.

43,000 square foot build-to-suit for Sports Authority, and development consulting for a ground lease to Walgreens on an adjacent parcel. This project was a redevelopment of the University Restaurant and a NationsBank facility.

300,000 square foot power center, including Circuit City, Winn Dixie, T.J. Maxx, Service Merchandise, Ross, OfficeMax, and Eckerd. Mr. Freeman was a joint venture partner on this project. The joint venture sold the project just prior to the start of construction.

56,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Office Depot and Sound Advice. This site was a redevelopment of an existing car dealership.

Redevelopment consisting of a new 23,000 square foot Pep Boys Auto Parts Superstore and a renovated 31,600 square foot building leased to Aaron Rents Furniture.
