Project Overview
The Village at Hunter’s Lake is a mixed-use development, which was the first P3 public private partnership done with Hillsborough County. The project involved years of working closely with the County to achieve everyone’s goals. The Village at Hunter’s Lake includes:
- 72,000 square feet of retail anchored by Sprout’s Farmers Market, Starbucks, Fresh Kitchen, and First Watch.
- 241 luxury apartments.
- 20,000 square foot Hillsborough County Performing Arts Centre with a state of the art 400 seat theater.
- Hillsborough County dog park.
- Nature/walking trail surrounding a large lake amenity.
